Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate overall activities of marketing team.
• Prepare marketing/promotional plan and budget and execute the same to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Communicate strategies, innovate ideas and methods to improve individual product performance.
• Keep latest information of different blockbuster / new Agrovet molecules and monitor /evaluate competitors� activities on that.
• Identify business development opportunities through evaluation and analysis of new product concept and prepare launching proposals.
• Ensure development of product knowledge and detailing skill of the field force.
• Ensure effective and efficient allocation of monthly samples and printing materials.
• Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan, Monitor / analyze national and regional sales, formulate and implement monthly action plan for the field force.
• Monitor activities of his team members and ensure achievement of objectives/ targets.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in veterinary science (DVM)
• M. Pharm/B. Pharm having experience in Agrovet Marketing may also apply;

Experience Requirements

At least 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Computer operational skills specially MS Office;
• Good Analytical ability and ability to develop innovative concept;
• Minimum 4 (four) years of relevant experience on Animal Health/Agrovet Business in a reputed company;
