• Gastro Liver Hospital & Research Institute Ltd. a concern of BRB, is the first Eco-Friendly hospital in Bangladesh. Starting its� operation in brand new facility with an �international standard GoGreen Healthcare� concept, to improve the patient life with a protection for health as well as the environment and the beneficial outcomes with green-sustainable models in Bangladesh. This is first hospital in Bangladesh that committed to the continuum of Eco-Healthcare (Patient & Community) and facilitating change in behavior that can drastically improve the environmental burdens attributable to healthcare while improving patient outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager-Ancillary Services the Head of pharmacy will be responsible for oversight, strategic planning and coordination of the hospital pharmacy Services portfolio. She/he must have expertise in the field of medicines and is not only responsible for the dispensing of prescriptions but also the purchase of quality medicines to be used in the hospital. She/he will work closely with medical and nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the best quality services. She/he also provides help and advise to the patients in all aspects of their medicines. This position will be responsible for maintaining and distribution of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances throughout the organization in a timely and cost effective manner.

B.Pharm/ M.Pharm from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 32 to 45 year(s)
• At least five (5) years of responsible managerial experience in a hospital.
• Computer proficiency related to Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word) and other specialized software and/or databases.
• Ability to mentor, lead and motivate individuals and/or groups of individuals toward the accomplishment of departmental and organizational goals
• Having Training in health aid will get preference
