Job Description /
Responsibility
- Preparing recipe and annexure for submission
to Drugs Administration.
- Raising requisition of raw and packaging
materials to commercial department for new products as per determined
specification.
- Undertaking production of lab batch, pilot
batch, stability batch, trial batch, and scale up batch of new products.
- Liaison with Production, QA, Engineering,
Marketing, TSD and Commercial department.
- Reviewing formulation of existing products
based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost
saving need.
- Preparing and updating all documents i.e.
specifications, formulations, process sheet, validation protocol,
analytical methods, product manuals, dossiers, procedures and instructions
related to cGMP & ISO.
- Performing stability studies as per
protocol.
