Job Description / Responsibility

• The position is based at the state of the art manufacturing plant located in Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
• Plan, organize, direct & run day-to-day operations at an optimum level.
• Increase production, assets capacity & flexibility through minimizing unnecessary costs, allocating resources effectively & fully utilizing assets to produce optimal results and maintain set quality standards.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives & provide a clear sense of direction & focus.
• Monitor operations & trigger corrective actions.
• Build a harmonious relationship with workgroups & recruit, manage & develop the plant staff.
• Collect & analyze data to minimize wastage and overtime.
• Develop systems & processes that track & optimize productivity standards, metrics & performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Address employee�s performance issues or grievances & administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices & concepts.
• Involve in the annual business planning & budgeting of the plant.

Educational Requirements

Masters in Pharmacy/Bio-Chemistry/Chemistry/Food Technology from a reputed University. MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Minimum 10 years working experience in related field. Familiar with industry standard equipment & technical expertise.
• Hard working, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills both in English, and Bangla.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
