Job Description / Responsibility

• Organize and ensure that the pharmaceutical products are produced in accordance with cGMP and the established production procedures and schedule.
• Assist head of production & deputy manager, production to improve the productivity and decrease production cost.
• Maintain good relationship with QA & QC personnel, in-process control supervisors and inventory planning supervisors.
• Prepare SOPs, training need analysis and arranges various training program for production department.
• Prepare the daily and monthly reports and arrange monthly reconciliation.
• Apply all the provisions in respect of both health and safety measures.
• The position is based at the company�s state-of-the art manufacturing plant located in Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Educational Requirements

M.Pharm/ M.Sc in Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Microbiology or Chemical Engineering from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience in pharmaceuticals in production department.
• Not more than 42 years of age.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
• Must be willing to work in any shift including night shift and in extended hours.
